- Communication: effective, interdisciplinary, storyline building: effective communication is highly important in projects. Learn how to develop effective, sensitive, and interdisciplinary communication during your hackathon group work and how to prepare a good interdisciplinary pitch for your solutions.
- Team management: pressure work together: hackathon projects are intense, so allocating resources for planning, implementing, delivering and celebrating is very important. Learn the essentials of team management, roles, responsibilities and team structures and processes.
