- “Cracking the problem”: learn how to define issues and develop solutions in peace processes by understanding a multitude of causes and consequences. The workshop will offer methods for dealing with highly interdisciplinary/transdisciplinary topics.
- Time management: the uncontrollable resource: running out of time when you need it the most - time is something we cannot control, so managing a good process that makes sure everything is prepared in different stages is critical when dealing with high-intensity projects.
