Having a well-defined professional objective will allow you to be proactive and clear on what you want to achieve now or in the next few years. How can you start such a project? Your professional objective must take into consideration personal elements (your motivation, your aspirations, your skills and abilities) and contextual elements (the possibilities offered by EPFL, the job market and its constraints) and will allow you to answer these questions:
What do I want to do?
What does the institution/position expect of me?
