Running Effective Meetings : LeaderLike Facilitation Skills

You lead, run, and attend meetings – at varying levels of involvement, and with varying levels of success both as meeting owner and participant. You would like to learn new skills and acquire tools to be more effective both online / offline and run hybrid meetings and communicate effectively using powerful and persuasive presentation, influence, and connection skills. The LeaderLike Facilitator Program will help you to steer processes, meetings, while keeping participants on track with impeccable timing, to create tangible results – while communicating, structuring, and delivering messages and remaining congruent to self.
