This semester, DOMESTICATED FOODSCAPES  has delved into the intricate relationship between architecture and foodscapes.
The final phase of this research, spanning three consecutive days, will showcase the outcomes of this exploration, highlighting the interplay between Foodscapes, Food Production, and a Communal Kitchen. The event will feature a cooperative and experiential food action, inspired by the Volxküche model, and will offer affordable and nourishing meals for lunch for EPFL architecture students and collaborators. This will be accompanied by the screening of videos created as a direct result of the students’ research, offering valuable insights and reflections on their semester-long journey.
