The Swiss Foundation for Research on Muscle Diseases (FSRMM) launches a special research program on Polymyalgia rheumatic. The aim of the special research program is to support basic, translational and clinical research projects related to the pathology and treatment of Polymyalgia rheumatica in Swiss Institutions, including projects aiming at improving diagnosis of this disease or at setting up of international registries.
 
Who can apply: researchers, working in Switzerland, who are active in biomedical fields.
 
Funding & Duration: no upper or lower limit

  • Eligible costs: personnel costs according to SNSF rules.
  • Does NOT cover: PI’s salary, consumables, infrastructure, travel, consultant fees and overheads.
 
Deadline for Letter of Intent: 2 August 2019
Submitted applications are evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board and by external reviewers.
November: the Board of Trustees selects the best applications based on the quality of the project and the available funding.
December: Grant applicants are informed of the decision.
