It is not always easy to get out of or face a difficult situation - like getting into a room full of people, disagreeing with your colleagues, or being the only reliable person in a teamwork challenge.
In dealing with complex problems, it is helpful to be aware of our habits and opening our eyes to other ways of seeing and doing. It surely helps us to deal with issues for ourselves, but also provides a more general framework of dealing with complexities and problems in our studies and work.
This easy and playful session involves participants exploring different perspectives while discussing issues that emerge when studying or working. Recognizing one’s own perspective is the first step towards valuing other perspectives or approaches to a problem. By understanding 'our own eyes,' we can connect with and value other perspectives and alternate ways of doing something.
