Testing matrix theory at low temperatures
After introducing the D0-brane matrix models and their gravity duals, I will explain what information one can obtain from simulations. This non-perturbative approach can capture the leading supergravity behaviour at low temperatures where alpha‘ corrections are negligible. I will show, based on 2210.04881, that these models are utile toy models to probe non-perturbatively regimes of the gauge/gravity duality not accessible in the past.
