Hodivala-Dilke Kairbaan (Kebs) -
Queen Mary University of London, Professor of the Tumour Microenvironment, Deputy Institute Director, Barts Cancer Institute, London, UK

Kairbaan Hodivala-Dilke did her PhD with Fiona Watt at ICRF, London (1990-1994); postdoc with Richard Hynes at MIT (1994-1999), USA, and was awarded tenure at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund (2004). After establishing her laboratory at The Barts Cancer Institute she became Professor of Angiogenesis (2009) and Deputy Institute Director (2012). British Society of Cell Biology, Hooke Medal, 2015. EMBO member and FMedSci 2015. Her research focuses is the cellular and molecular basis of tumour-stromal interactions, angiogenesis and therapy efficacy.
