You will learn all the different elements of a good and convincing business idea, e.g. customer needs, markets and competition, financial potential and sales, and how you can develop your own. Examples from CEOs of start-ups, with a focus on identifying and implementing ideas and daily business.
Procedure for preparing the marketing plan, including a market and competition analysis, segmentation, selection of target market and development of the marketing strategy. Case studies related to the topics discussed, including marketing for a start-up company.
