From Monday, January 8th, to Thursday, January 25th, we will be offering free 30-minute well-being sessions—Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Mindfulness—at the Rolex Learning Center on campus (floor stickers will guide you to the location). From January 8th to January 12th, these sessions will take place in the morning between 7:30-8:00 AM and 8:00-8:30 AM, as well as in the late afternoon between 6:30-7:00 PM and 7:00-7:30 PM. From January 15th to January 25th, these sessions will be exclusively in the late afternoon.
