Yalda is the Iranian festival celebrated on the longest night of the year.
IRSA has a special ceremony to celebrate this night on 21st of December.
Venue: Maison du peuple, Pl.Chauderon 5, 1003 Lausanne
program:
18: Welcoming and receiving the tickets.
18:30-19:30 Cultural event (Reading poems, live traditional music, Yalda night history)
19:30-20:30 dinner: Zereshk polo with chicken or vegetarian food. (please indicate in your registration email if you want vegetarian food)
20:30-22:30 Persian music and dance, games.
During the ceremony fruit, sweets, nuts and drinks will be served.
Registration fee: 20 chf for students 25 chf for others.
Fee without dinner: 10 chf.
Please pay the registration fee through e-banking to IRSA bank account and send the payment receipt with the name of participants to IRSA@epfl.ch
