Aim: The Indian Council for Social Sciences Research ICSSR and the ZHAW Leading House South Asia and Iran (with support from the Swiss Embassy in
New Delhi) are organizing a two-day workshop in social sciences research, along with an additional informal networking day.
The focus areas for the workshop will be:
Dates: 24 – 26 November 2019
Location: New Delhi (exact venue tbd)
Funding: Workshop participation is free. Up to CHF 1’200 will be contributed to the costs of travel to/from India for up to 12 Swiss researchers (first come, first served). Accommodation will be provided by ICSSR, and the Swiss Embassy will provide ground transport between your hotel and the workshop venue. You are expected to bear any other costs.
Eligibility: Participants must be Swiss researchers with permanent employment at any university, university of applied sciences, university of teacher’s education or any officially recognized research institute in Switzerland in accordance with the listings under https://www.sbfi.admin.ch/sbfi/fr/home/he/hautes-ecoles.html
