The central theme of the ISEAC series of conferences is the innovative use of analytical methods for the investigation of environmentally relevant materials and problems.
The programme of ISEAC38 will consist of invited lectures, oral contributions and poster sessions. Session topics will be either method-oriented or problem-oriented. In particular, we welcome contributions that cover the full range of the ISEAC scope: challenges from the environmental field, methods developed in the environmental domain and new insights through multidisciplinary interaction.
Your active participation is highly encouraged. Oral and poster contributions are welcomed on the following problems:
• Detection and identification of organic pollutants and related compounds;
• Sensitive determination and speciation of heavy metals and radionuclides in the environment;
• Atmospheric pollution and related studies;
• Indoor and outdoor degradation of cultural heritage materials;
• Proteomics and metallomics-based studies;
• (Eco)toxicology; or on the use of the following methods of investigation:
• Organic and inorganic mass spectrometry;
• X-ray and electron-beam based methods;
• Electrochemical methods;
• Biosensors;
• Environmental sampling and sampling strategies;
• REACH and related regulatory strategies;
• Metrology, references materials; method validation.
