Description
Advanced mentoring is an additional training to your mentoring development. It focuses on a better understanding of how to genuinely support a diverse first-year population, through developing awareness of oneself as a mentor, of the setting and practicing your skills in a set of difficult scenarios.
Why participate in advanced mentoring?
Maybe you had previous mentoring experience, or maybe this is your first year. You might be passionate about helping your younger colleagues, and transferring your skills and knowledge. And maybe you want to make sure you do this crucial job as well as you can. We want to boost your already existing skills to help you address some difficulties your younger colleagues might be facing as they go through the 1st semester experience.
The workshop will take place at Sev52 premises (Avenue de Sévelin 52) starting from 14:00. We will have an oriental apéro served at 18:00.
All activities will be explained in English, with French language support provided as needed - you are welcome to use either French or English during the programme.
