In Switzerland every year, 2.3 million tonnes of food, or about 300 kg per person, end up in the garbage. Among them, the
apples left at the foot of the trees because they are not "nice" enough for sale, strawberries thrown at the end of the market because
no one wanted to buy them, or the blackened bananas on the living room table that no one will want to eat.
At the time, presses were essential to transform these damaged fruits into good juice, but the tradition has gradually developed
lost. The solution? A fruit press carousel capable of reviving tradition to raise awareness of waste
food while offering a fun and attractive ride that will transform the strength of our calves into good fresh fruit juice!
