Established in 2006 by the of Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) of Thailand, the DUO-Thailand fellowship programme promotes the mobility of students between academic institutions in Thailand and Europe (incl. Switzerland), on a balanced basis, by supporting paired-based and two-way exchanges.
Who can apply:
- The educational institution in Thailand applies on behalf of both the Thai and the European institution hosting the students who are to participate in the exchange: 1 Thai and 1 European undergraduate (bachelor) or graduate (master) students.
- The students must be enrolled at the home institution at the time of application until the start of the exchange and they must have been accepted by the host institution.
- Note that a cooperation agreement must be in place between the Thai and the European institutions involved in the exchange.
Funding & Duration: EUR 4’800 for Thai students and EUR 3’200 for European students for a semester. The exchange must be completed by September 2020.
Deadline: 4 October 2019
Decision: by 30 November 2019
