Building resilience to change
In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous workplace, the skills required to successfully manage oneself in a constantly evolving workplace have become a necessity. These include mental and physical resilience, increased adaptability and the ability to be comfortable in the face of continuous change.
Drawing upon change management theories, emotional intelligence and stress management models, the neurosciences and mindfulness, this one-day workshop will enable participants to become aware of limiting patterns and develop personal strategies to respond effectively to change.
Combining theory, practical tools and exercises you will have the opportunity to share and learn with other leaders at EPFL.
