The Kodadek laboratory works in the general area of chemical biology with an emphasis on translational research. Current focal themes are the development of novel technologies for drugging difficult targets, the discovery of novel antibody biomarkers for disease and response to therapy, and better understanding processing of ubiquitylated proteins by the proteasome.
