Interested in learning more about yourself and about others? Curious about what constitutes effective communication, even when it comes to topics dealing with political tensions and conflicts around the world?
The Constructive Dialogue Day brings together all members of EPFL community – students, research, technical and administrative staff and teachers – to explore how to build constructive communication based on self-awareness and understanding others. Join us for a morning of interactive activities where you will develop essential skills needed to navigate complex conversations with empathy and clarity!

Program:
Morning (9am-12pm) - Registration needed
3 hours workshop focusing on three main goals that were co-created by a team of members of the EPFL community:
- Self-Awareness
- Awarness and understanding of others
- (Constructive) communication
Afternoon (1pm-3pm)
Interactive Stand with short activities (no registration needed)
Esplanade
