Perception plays an important role in the construction of the relation between individual and space. It determines our relationship to the reality by allowing us to represent an image, an object or our position in space.
Beyond the physical experience of the site, the perception gives us access to a new dimension through a more sensitive approach. Indeed, thanks to the perception and the experience of the site, the individual creates a kind of mental construction in which he can project himself. This construction thus infers a new space, more subjective, more intimate.
The hidden dimension within this new space is always requested or aroused in different degrees according to the nature of the project: evocation, transmission, remembrance, collaboration or dialogue. I would illustrate it by various works which I realized these last years on variatious themes as rehabilitation of a historic site, reflection around commemorative sites, project of dialogue on a work of engineering, project of communication on STEP ( water-treatment plant) and finally project of prevention.
