In 1900 in Paris, David Hilbert defined a list of 23 problems that mathematics should solve in the 20th century. Next week in Lausanne, we will try to do the same for Digital Humanities.
DH Uncharted will be a discussion mapping the biggest scientific challenges in Digital Humanities for the next ten years. The event is free of charge, no registration necessary, and it will take place outdoors (weather permitting) at the Agora Lombard Odier on the EPFL Campus. In the event of poor weather, this Memento and @epfldh Instagram and Twitter will send updates with an alternative room.
Speakers include:
Jérôme Baudry, History of Science and Technology
Martin Rohrmeier, Digital Musicology
Mathieu Salzmann, Machine Learning
Nicolas Henchoz, Design
Animated by:
Frédéric Kaplan, Director, Digitial Humanities Institute
