EasyChair is the most commonly used conference management system.
Currently about eight conferences or workshops per day register for using EasyChair.
The number of users of EasyChair at the time of writing this abstract is 127,294, which is approximately equal to the population of Lausanne.
In this talk we give an overview of EasyChair and describe its philosophy, design, implementation, evolution and future.
