Erna Hamburger Prize 2024 : "Carbon Materials: An Exciting Journey"

Since 2006, the Erna Hamburger Prize distinguishes influential, leading women scientists who are transforming their field and executing change. The prize is awarded by the EPFL-WISH Foundation (Women In Science and Humanities).

The Erna Hamburger Prize 2024 will be awarded to :
Prof. Rosa Menéndez López

Prof. Menéndez López is the first woman to chair the Spanish Council for Scientific Research, the largest public research body in Spain, she is currently a professor at the Carbon Science and Technology Institute of the same institution.
 
The award ceremony will be held on Monday, November 11^th at 5:30 pm at the Forum Rolex.
