Soft skills for global leaders!
This three-day workshop is aimed at preparing postdocs for their next career step and complementing their ample repertoire of technical qualifications with essential soft skills. As such, it will provide an intensive, highly interactive, and fun crash course in the soft skills underlying professional success, in both academic and non-academic careers. At the same time, the workshop provides a great opportunity for participants to network and establish collaborations.
