A crystalline measure is an atomic measure whose Fourier transform is also an atomic measure. This definition is inspired by theory of quasicrystals, but it is identical to a more classical concept of "generalized summation formulas". I will describe a new construction of "exotic" crystalline measures that uses weakly holomorphic modular forms on the Hecke group. The talk is based on a joint work with Maryna Viazovska.
