Abstract 
In this workshop, we will present ImageJ/Fiji, the most widely used platform for image processing and analysis in the scientific community. ImageJ/Fiji is particularly well-suited for handling and analyzing multidimensional scientific images. Its open architecture supports thousands of plugins, making it a versatile platform for addressing a wide range of image analysis problems across various scientific fields. The built-in Macro mode allows users to automate repetitive processing tasks using simple customizable scripts.

Program
11:00-12:00: Explore the Fiji interface, main commands, and key plugins. Live demonstrations, usage tips, and hands-on.
13:00-14:00: Learn how to write basic macros to automate image handling and simple image-analysis through examples

Preparation:

Install Fiji in advance on your laptop to be ready to participate in the hands-on exercises. Download the latest stable version: https://fiji.sc/
