In this lunch&LEARN session, Ola Svensson, Associate Professor, Theory of Computation Laboratory 2, will explore how AI can be used to reverse traditional classroom roles in a large course with over 500 students.
Each week, students took on the role of the teacher, explaining key concepts to an AI, thereby reinforcing their own understanding.
This system was first implemented in Spring 2024, and both qualitative and quantitative feedback has been positive.
Concluding the session, Ola will discuss future directions for leveraging AI to further enhance student learning and engagement.
