NeurIPS Final Sprint @ AI Center

The EPFL AI Center invites EPFL researchers to a Final Sprint session ahead of the NeurIPS submission deadline. Open, drop-in format, participants can come and go freely.

With the abstract and full paper deadlines only 2 days apart, this session is designed to provide a shared working space for the final stretch, bringing together researchers across labs during these intense last days.

The goal is to create a focused, collaborative environment where people can work side by side and maintain momentum.

What to expect:

• A shared workspace to focus and write during the final sprint
• Whiteboards available for brainstorming and last-minute iterations
• Use the space as a central hub to meet, sync with collaborators, or work alongside others
• Informal community dinner (pizza) on May 5 - light setup, participants are encouraged to bring their own food

• Stay motivated and avoid working in isolation during the final push
• Benefit from a collaborative atmosphere across labs
• Get quick input or sanity checks on your work if needed
• Share the “deadline energy” with the community
