[ NTN Innovation Booster: call | Research funding ]

Innosuisse calls on interested actors to apply for the implementation of a four-year NTN Innovation Booster. NTN Innovation Boosters are initiatives that aim to spur innovation activities around a theme through concrete ideas development and testing. They increasingly promote radically new ideas for innovation.

From 2022-2025 Innosuisse will be able to support five to eight thematically different initiatives.

Applicant requirements

Non-profit organisations with their own legal personality and registered office in Switzerland may submit applications. If funding is awarded, the leading house, as the recipient of the funding, will assume all rights and obligations for the execution of the project:

Call calendar: 

• Until 14 December 2020: Option for submitting questions in writing to Innosuisse ([email protected] with the comment NTN IB)
• 8 January 2021: Publication of responses on www.innosuisse.ch
• 26 March 2021: Submission deadline for applications using the pre-defined forms
• End of June 2021: Dispatch of notification of unsuccessful tender orinvitation to evaluation meetings
• 6-7 July 2021: Evaluation meeting, 30’ each per NTN IB:-10’ presentation-20’ questions
• July-August 2021: Communication of funding decisions
• 31 December 2021: Signing of contract for NTN IB approved
