Abstract
We classify the vector bundles of rank d-1 over split affine quadrics of dimension 2d-1, providing en passant the computation of the first non-stable motivic homotopy groups of SL_{d-1}. We then use these results to answer a question of M.V. Nori on unimodular rows. This is a joint work with A. Asok.
