Whether small or large, the ability to successfully lead change projects has become one of the key competencies required of leaders today. This workshop has been designed for leaders responsible for implementing change projects. Its hands-on approach will allow you to take your project through the main stages of the change process and acquire the necessary tools to manage resistance effectively.
