Every four years, the Swiss Brain League awards a neuroscientific research grant to a junior scientist to cover one year of PhD.
Any type of brain research at a recognized scientific institution or clinical department in Switzerland is eligible for the grant.
Who can apply: junior academics who studied medicine, biology, psychology, computer science, or a related subject and who completed their master’s degree within the previous 5 years.
Funding and duration: one year PhD salary, including social charges, for up to CHF 60’000, if no other financial support is available. It does not cover overheads. For info regarding the salary level, contact the HR representative of your faculty.
Deadline: 30 September 2020
Application: submit a reference letter from your PhD supervisor, following the call regulations.
