The Swiss Network for International Studies (SNIS) launches the 2019 IO Research Stipend to promote a doctoral student’s research on International Organisations (IO), by offering living allowance and research space at the SNIS offices in Geneva for 3 or 6 months within a calendar year.
Who can apply:
- second-year PhD students registered at a Swiss institution of higher education (a Support Letter from your PhD Supervisor is required).
- younger than 30 years of age at the time of submission.
- without prior working contract with the IO linked to the proposal.
- holding a valid visa or a passport that allows to work in Switzerland.
Funding & Duration: CHF 1’500 per month to help with living expenses for 3 or 6 months.
Deadline: 9 May 2019
Decision: mid-June 2019
Earliest start of the project: 1 September 2019
