The Integrative Food and Nutrition Center (IFNC) has opened a call for seed funds. These are research projects for one or two years with a funding level in the order of 1 PhD Student or of a ½ post-doc, which must be shared between two or more laboratories. This call is open to any topic related to a Food and Nutrition challenge. An updated list with the major challenges in Food and Nutrition can be found on the IFNC webpage.
The proposals that will be deemed to be the strongest technically and have the best potential for an impact in the field of food and nutrition will be funded. The center will actively seek additional fundings with our private/public partners to support all other proposals that are deemed strategic for EPFL’s development in the field of Food and Nutrition.
Participant are allowed to submit more than one proposal. Proposal must be submitted as a single pdf file using the attached Proposal Template and sent to [email protected] by June 4th, 2015.
