The subject of the workshop is the interactions between the Hitchin systems on Higgs bundles on Riemann surfaces, mirror symmetry and Langlands duality.
We will focus on recent developments related to Higgs bundles with real structure groups, and several aspects of the role of Hitchin systems in theoretical physics.
