CCMX was formed in 2006 to create new opportunities to link together the research capacity of Switzerland’s academic institutions in materials science and to build strong industrial partnerships.
After 3 years of existence, the turn out in terms of results of funded projects, participation in CCMX courses and events and the growing network of industrial/academic partners is very encouraging.
Invitation to participate
We would like to invite you to participate in the Annual Meeting of the Centre at which you will join representatives of a broad spectrum of materials-related activities from industry, the economy and academia.
Based on the feed-back received in the previous years, the format of this year’s annual meeting will be adapted to allow the participants to follow all the talks. Highlights of happenings will be presented by all our Education and Research Units* and our Analytical Platform by the Directors themselves as well as by the researchers and the industrial partners. Outsider’s views on CCMX will also be on the agenda with presentations from the industry.
