This workshop is the first joint activity between the EPFL Center for Quantum Science and Engineering (QSE) and the Centre Européen de Calcul Atomique et Moléculaire (CECAM).

It aims to gather the leading experts in hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for the simulation of many-electron systems and explore innovative algorithmic solutions for chemistry and material science simulations, focusing on bridging the gap between classical and quantum approaches. The key challenge of moving beyond initial proof-of-principle realizations to significantly larger electronic structure calculations in the current and upcoming landscape of quantum technologies will also be addressed.

This event will take place in CECAM-HQ, EPFL, Lausanne between December 12th and 14th, 2023.
A total of ten 15-minute slots are open in the program for contributed talks. If you are interested, please apply first and then submit your poster in the "my participation" tab, by November 5th. The organisers will then review your submission and contact you via email if you are selected to present a talk.

You can apply to participate on the event website: https://www.cecam.org/workshop-details/1259. The deadline for registrations is November 3rd 2023.
