The workshop focuses on the computational aspects of modern imaging-based spatial biology methods and addresses specifically data management, transcript detection as well as gene decoding and interpretation. Imaging-based, multiplexed ISS techniques (such as HybISS or Xenium) will be discussed during plenary talks from international leaders in the field and presentations from local community members
We are especially excited that Carolina Wählby (Uppsala) and Mats Nilsson (Stockholm) will join as keynote speakers.
The meeting is designed to foster knowledge-sharing and networking among researchers within the field but also to introduce newcomers to the technology. It is thought of as an informal gathering where we will share our latest results through posters and presentations and discuss exciting new avenues and challenges in our field.
- The event is free (including coffee breaks and catered lunch), but registration is compulsory. Deadline for registering: April 18th 2024.
- If you would like to submit an abstract for a poster/talk contribution, please use the dedicated section in the registration form
