Title: If the human being goes digital, ethics goes digital: Ethics at the human-machine interface

Abstract: Emerging technologies such as brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) establish a direct connection pathway between humans and machines, i.e. between the biological and the digital world. This presentation will explore the ethical implications of BCIs and identify key societal challenges at the human-machine interface.
