As part of Action Week Against Racism 2025, this Forum Theatre session by Specta(c)tor offers a unique opportunity to explore and challenge our perspectives on racism in a safe and interactive space.
Forum Theatre is an engaging and participatory format where scenes depicting real-life situations are performed and the audience is invited to step in, propose alternatives, and actively experiment with responses. This event is a chance to test our reflections, reactions, and responses without fear of judgment. The session will be followed by a 30-minute open discussion (optional), allowing participants to share their thoughts and deepen the conversation.
WHY DISCUSS RACISM?
Racism persists in many forms, often subtly embedded in everyday interactions. Addressing it requires awareness, dialogue and action. This event provides a space to explore difficult conversations, rethink biases and experiment with ways to respond constructively. By engaging in this interactive experience, we take a step toward fostering a more inclusive and just community.
