Following a long tradition, the European Semiconductor Laser Workshop (ESLW) 2011 will be held in conjunction with the 37th European Conference and Exhibition on Optical Communication (ECOC). It will be hosted by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne on September 23 and 24 2011.
The workshop will provide an informal forum for discussing most recent results and achievements in the field of semiconductor lasers, related devices and technology.
The workshop is arranged in the form of oral presentations of about 10 minutes plus 5 minutes discussion.
You will also remember the nature beyond the campus, which will offer pleasant settings for further stimulating exchanges.
