We are very pleased to announce that the Fix the Leaky Pipeline (FLP) program will start a 3rd round of the peer mentoring program doctoral students and postdocs in the ETH Domain.

In peer mentoring, persons who are nearly at the same stage of their careers (peers) constitute themselves as group and take a proactive attitude to share their knowledge and experiences, with punctual support from senior mentors. The goal is to empower and support participants to actively develop their careers in academia or towards industry and to establish adequate networks. In the FLP peer-mentoring scheme, peer groups are asked to constitute themselves ahead of the application. For their activities, peer groups can apply for up to CHF 5000.- financial support for the duration of one year.

Applications for the FLP peer-mentoring can be submitted until 30.04.2021. More information, Application Form, and testimonials from two peer mentoring participants can be found here.

We are looking forward to your applications!

If you have any further questions, please contact Daniela Hansen at ETH Zurich or Kristin Becker at EPFL.

PS: The Fix the Leaky Pipeline program! (FLP) is run by the six institutions of the ETH Domain. It offers young female scientists the opportunity to reflect their professional situations, to develop a strategy for embarking on a career path, to receive further targeted training, and to extend their personal and scientific networks.
