Established in France in 2004 by the Bonduelle Group, the Louis Bonduelle Foundation has been expanding internationally, raising awareness, developing and applying scientific knowledge on every aspect of nutrition.

After more than 10 years of calls for projects and research support, notably through its Louis Bonduelle Research Award, the Louis Bonduelle Foundation has decided to shift its financial support towards participatory research.

This year’s call is aimed at “projects as close as possible to the realities of the situation and increase the chances of a positive impact on the process of changing eating habits, which is highly complex and subject to multiple factors.”

Who can apply: consortia of

  • Academic research teams, working to acquire new knowledge about plant-based food and to put the knowledge acquired in the field into practice.
  • Citizens associations, participating in experimental protocols to evaluate the effectiveness of the identified solutions to incorporate more plant-based food.

Deadline: 29 February 2020

Funding & Duration: no upper or lower limit
