Storing active data or code is not the same as making backups, or archiving your work for decades. What are the differences and what are the main solutions at EPFL? This is what we’ll present in this brief webinar, with a focus on the central solutions to manage active data/code, backups, and archives.

Managing data and code allows you to publish and disseminate the fruit of your work. At the end of this short training, you will know why, where and how to publish your research data and code (or at least have a very good idea!). You will also find out which platforms are used by EPFL members.

Online speed-dating with EPFL Data Champions
Come and meet as much EPFL Data Champions as you can. Each 3 minutes, random couples of participants are reshuffled in breakout rooms to present themselves, ask questions on data or code, share experiences, etc. We will also introduce you to a new EPFL-made open-source software for Data Management.
