The machine learning course CS-433 taught by Nicolas Flammarion and Martin Jaggi has a large diversity of projects done by the students. This includes more than 100 interdisciplinary ML projects across campus, every year. In groups of 3, they bring their ML skills to practice by joining forces with any lab on the EPFL campus, or other academic institutions, across any disciplines and topics of their choice.
On December 21, we host a Christmas lecture open to the public, where some of the student groups present their project in a short 3min pitch, with some prizes to win.
Join us for a fun and interesting journey on many sometimes unexpected ML applications, exchanging ideas across disciplines.
