After the success of its inaugural exhibition - Noir, c’est noir? Les Outrenoirs de Pierre Soulages drew over 23’000 visitors to campus -, EPFL ArtLab goes from Outrenoir to ultra-pink with its summer show, Come Chat With Me (on view June 30 to September 24).
The exhibition presents the work of !Mediengruppe Bitnik, a Zurich-by-way-of-Berlin duo that has worked on and around the web for over 10 years. Applying strategies culled from hacker communities to the cultural domain, Bitnik offers biting and playful commentary on our digital everyday.
Please join us for the opening of Come Chat With Me on Thursday, June 29, at 6pm at ArtLab’s Art-Science Pavilion.
!Mediengruppe Bitnik (Carmen Weisskopf and Domagoj Smoljo) will be in attendance and will offer an introduction to the exhibition and to their artistic practice at large.
