This interactive workshop is designed for students who will be engaging in team projects which span a few months, either as part of a course or MAKE committee interdisciplinary projects (LRT, CHIC, iGEM, Robocontest, Hydrocontest, Rocket Team, IGLUNA, etc).
All EPFL students are welcome at this event and la participation en français ou anglais est possible.
Objectives:
- To increase your ability to propose and implement relevant strategies to overcome common project management difficulties
- To reduce useless friction in team coordination and thus be able to focus on creating excellent projects
- To better assess your own skills and create personal development goals to build a strong professional profile
