PRESENTATION
The honor guest, Alain Damasio, is a must-read sci-fi author, whose second book "La Horde du Contrevent" was awarded in 2006 by the Grand Prix de l'Imaginaire. It deploys a world where poetry becomes a central element for the group survival.
Alain Damasio will answer questions from many speakers. The evening will be hosted by Marc Atallah (Letters, UNIL), a science fiction specialist, and the Director of the Maison d'Ailleurs, and by Colin Pahlisch (Letters, UNIL), who is writing a thesis on A. Damasio. Other speakers will also be present, such as Stéphane Martin, co-author of La Croisée des souffles (Archipelago, 2014).
