RESEAU ROMAND DE MENTORING POUR FEMMES (RRM): L'appel à candidatures pour la 11ème édition (2021-2022) est ouvert!!!

Dear Researchers,

We would like to inform you that the call for the 11^th edition of the Réseau romand de mentoring pour femmes is now open.

The Réseau romand is a mentoring program for women researchers from universities in the French speaking part of Switzerland and the EPFL. It aims at encouraging women to pursue an academic career and facilitating their integration into the scientific community.
This mentoring programme is aimed at doctoral students in their 4th, 5th and 6th year, post-doctoral researchers and other junior/intermediate researchers (as lecturers, readers, MERs).

The term mentoring refers to a supporting relationship in which an experienced person from academia (a mentor, in this case a professor at a Swiss or foreign university) shares his or her experience, contacts and knowledge of academic structures, as well as formal and informal rules with a researcher at an earlier stage of her academic career (a mentee). The program starts in April 2021 and lasts until December 2022. The number of places available is limited to 24 mentees.
